The long process required to make a great cup of coffee begins with
planting superior coffee plants. Careful cultivation of them,
followed by meticulous processing, and, lastly, brewing the coffee,
produces that memorable tasting cup of coffee. Thu Ha Coffee insures
that all these steps are always done to exacting standards.
The last step, brewing, occurs when boiling water is poured over
coffee causing spaces in the coffee grounds from which the flavors
and oils seep. The strength of your coffee will depend on how much,
and how fast, water is forced through the grounds.
We actually prefer to make you that tasty cup of coffee when you are
our guests in Pleiku. But, you can be assured that the coffee you
purchase to take home will result in a great cup of coffee if
prepared correctly.
Here, without even
being in Pleiku, is how to make a great cup of Thu Ha coffee right
at home.

With the tamper, push the grounds firmly
into the filter. |

Cover
and wait
until
the
water is
absorbed
and the

Do not open the lid of the filter while the coffee is still dripping
as the water will cool, causing the coffee to drip more slowly. To
insure freshness and fragrance, always keep Thu Ha coffee in an air
tight container stored in a cool, dry place. It is possible to make
5 to 6 cups of coffee from one 100g bag of Thu Ha Coffee. Add sugar
or milk to suit your taste… and ENJOY! |
